NSIA

The Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) is the sovereign wealth fund of Nigeria, established in 2011 to manage and invest the country’s surplus oil revenues for long-term economic stability and development. Headquartered in Abuja, NSIA operates three primary funds: the Stabilisation Fund, the Future Generations Fund, and the Nigeria Infrastructure Fund. These funds aim to provide fiscal stability, save for future generations, and finance critical infrastructure projects across Nigeria. NSIA has been instrumental in pioneering infrastructure initiatives, including the development of healthcare facilities through its subsidiary, MedServe, and energy projects like the Shiroro solar-hydro hybrid plant. With assets under management exceeding $2.4 billion as of December 2024, NSIA continues to play a pivotal role in Nigeria’s economic diversification and sustainable development
